UTSA Day is an Oct. 18 open house to learn how to be a Roadrunner
(Oct. 13, 2014) -- The University of Texas at San Antonio will celebrate its fall open house, UTSA Day, on Saturday, Oct. 18. The day showcases all that the university has to offer to prospective students and their parents. UTSA Day is the perfect opportunity to see what it's like to be a Roadrunner. More than 1,800 attended last year.
Prospective students will start at a welcoming ceremony at the UTSA Convocation Center and then proceed to various events on campus including campus tours, housing tours, information fairs, academic presentations and more.
The Academic Information Fair will feature representatives from the nine colleges, who will answer questions about majors and programs. At the Student Services Information Fairs, staff members will be available to help with guidance on admission, financial aid, scholarships, housing, student health services and more. Campus experts will offer presentation sessions on everything from academics to admissions to financial aid to residence life.
