Facilities invites UTSA employees to expand knowledge of navigating the Facilities iService Desk
(Feb. 2, 2015) -- Whether you are a beginner or advanced Facilities iService Desk user to request Facilities work, learn more about the electronic service that allows you to submit work requests electronically and to access information related to requests such as status, labor, parts and other expenses by attending the Facilities iService Desk – How to Navigate (AM0587) workshop with Kim Norton, Facilities Work Control Manager.
The workshop is designed to teach you the most in-depth approach to navigating the system and includes a tutorial, hands on training and a question and answer session. We hope you can join us to learn more about the useful tools available to help you navigate the iService Desk.
