UTSA March Into Your Major event is March 24
(March 23, 2015) -- The University Career Center, University College and Academic Advising will host its March into Your Major event on Tuesday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the H-E-B University Center Ballroom (1.104). The event is free and open to all UTSA students.
The event is designed to help students who are unsure of their major, career path or future goals by providing them with the opportunity to speak with a variety of university staff and experts.
Students will be able to take career assessments, meet with academic advisors to learn about the majors offered at UTSA, meet with student leaders, create four-year career action plans and speak with representatives from various UTSA academic programs and student services including career counselors and University Health Professions staff.
The event will also feature door prizes, including a raffle for seven $100 textbook credits from the UTSA Bookstore, donated by University College.
