(June 2, 2015) – Conference USA unveiled its preliminary football television schedule on Monday and six UTSA games have been selected for national broadcasts.

The initial schedule contains games selected by television partners FOX and CBS Sports Network, along with selected games as part of other conference’s television deals.

National games will be televised this season on FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports Networks (FSN), FOX College Sports, CBS Sports Network, American Sports Network (ASN) and ESPN. The ASN schedule of 30 games will be announced later this summer, and additional games where Conference USA is the visiting school will continue to be added leading into the upcoming season.

The Roadrunners' first four games all have been chosen for national broadcasts, while two home contests in November were picked up by the FOX Sports family of networks.

The season opener at Arizona, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 3, will be televised by Pac-12 Networks and it is slated to kick off at 9 p.m. (CT). The game will mark the third meeting between the two teams, with the Wildcats narrowly escaping the Alamo City with a 26-23 win last season in the Roadrunners' home opener.

UTSA's home debut and inaugural meeting against Kansas State that will take place the following Saturday (Sept. 12) will air nationally on FOX Sports 1 with an 11 a.m. start. This marks the third consecutive season that the program's home opener has been picked up by the network.

FOX Sports 1 also will broadcast the Sept. 19 road date at Oklahoma State. The third matchup between the two teams will start at 2:30 p.m.

The 2015 football season marks the fifth year of a multi-platform media rights agreement between Conference USA and FOX Sports to broadcast a minimum of 30 games. Games appear on FOX Sports 1, as well as FOX Sports Networks owned and affiliated regional networks, which reach more than 85 million homes, and FOX College Sports.

CBS Sports Network will televise UTSA's home contest against Colorado State on Saturday, Sept. 26. The first-ever meeting between the two squads will kick at 6 p.m.

This season marks the 11th year of C-USA’s partnership with CBS Sports Network that includes significant national and regional exposure for football, men's and women's basketball and other C-USA sports. CBS Sports Network is the 24-hour home of CBS Sports available across the country.

UTSA's road game at league newcomer Charlotte on Saturday, Nov. 14, will be televised by FOX Sports with the network and time to be announced by Monday, Nov. 2.

The regular season finale against Middle Tennessee on Saturday, Nov. 28, will air on FOX College Sports with kickoff set for 1:30 p.m.

The 2015 C-USA Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 5, is scheduled to air on either ESPN or ESPN 2. It marks the 11th consecutive year that the C-USA Championship will broadcast by ESPN.

Additional Conference USA football television exposures will be released as soon as they are finalized. Any games not selected for television will be streamed online via the C-USA Digital Network.
