UTSA Photo of the Day: Becoming a citizen at the ITC

(Sept. 22, 2015) — Nearly every month, UTSA’s Institute of Texan Cultures becomes a federal courthouse for a day and swears in about 250 petitioners as American citizens. It’s quite the atmosphere for such a milestone, as the museum has several displays to educate the public about Texan culture and is just a few steps away from historic sites like the River Walk and the Alamo.
