(Oct. 27, 2015) --  UTSA Blvd. will be closed to through traffic from Roadrunner Way/Brackenridge Ave. to Babcock Rd. to accommodate the Victoria’s Secret PINK Nation Game On! Bash featuring Grammy-award winning artist Zedd. The concert is scheduled from 4 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at the UTSA Main Campus in Parking Lot BK5, near the UTSA Child Development Center.

The university community and nearby residents are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid heavy traffic delays due to the concert.

Considerations for travel on Wednesday, October 28:

  • UTSA employees may park in BK5 as they normally do in the morning and afternoon prior to the concert.
  • Students attending the event are advised to use their normal parking patterns and walk to the event.
  • The entrance to BK5 will be blocked on Wednesday. Parents will be able to access the front entrance of the Child Development Center by using Barshop St. and driving through parking lot BK4. A barricade set up at the west end of lot BK4 (on Brackenridge Ave.) where the lot combines into BK5 will notify parents that they can drive past for drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • All drivers that plan to exit campus at UTSA Blvd. and Roadrunner Way/Brackenridge Ave. from 4 to 10 p.m. should plan to exit the Main Campus through lot BK4 via Barshop St., via the Ximenes Ave. exit or by using the Loop 1604 access road.
  • Drivers entering campus from UTSA Blvd. east of the barricade should turn at Roadrunner Way/Brackenridge Ave. and drive through parking lot BK4. Those travelling to campus using Babcock Rd. will need to enter campus by taking Hausman Rd. onto Roadrunner Way or by using the Loop 1604 access road, entering on Barshop Blvd. and driving south to lot BK4.

UTSA IDs are necessary for entrance into the evening concert, which will feature fireworks, games, giveaways and festival stations.
