(March 23, 2016) — UTSA President Ricardo Romo was named the 2016 President of the Year by the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) during its annual conference in New Orleans yesterday. Romo received the award for his leadership in promoting student engagement and diversity on UTSA’s campuses.
