UTSA photo of the day: Students give back during peanut butter parking campaign
(Sept. 28, 2016) -- UTSA Campus Services estimates about 700 pounds of peanut butter was collected during this year's peanut butter parking campaign. Peanut butter was accepted as a form of payment for eligible parking citations during the campaign. That peanut butter has been donated to the San Antonio Food Bank to feed families in south Texas.
