UTSA Day provides a bird’s-eye view of UTSA life
(October 14, 2016) -- Future Roadrunners will flock to campus to get a birds-eye view of what it's like to be a student at UTSA. On Saturday, Oct. 15, the university will host UTSA Day, giving aspiring students an inside look at the campus and its programs, and a taste of student life as a Roadrunner.
UTSA Day provides an opportunity for prospective students and their families to experience all the great things the university has to offer academically and on campus. Last year, more than 2,000 people attended the event, with activities taking place all across campus.
During this year’s UTSA Day, future Roadrunners will learn about UTSA’s top-tier academic colleges and programs directly from current faculty and students. They can attend workshops to receive information regarding admission requirements and financial aid.
Prospective students can visit the Student Service Fair, where representatives from several UTSA offices and departments including the Testing Office, Campus Services, the One Stop Enrollment Center and Career Services will be on hand to answer questions and provide more information.
For a first-hand view of what campus life is like, students and their families can also take a guided tour of the campus, including residence halls and the Campus Recreation Center.
Free event parking for UTSA Day is available in unmarked spaces in the Brackenridge Ave. Lot 1 and Lot 2 (BK1, BK2).
