UTSA Facilities seeks feedback from UTSA community

UTSA Facilities asks UTSA community to participate in customer satisfaction survey

(Nov. 23, 2016) -- The UTSA Office of Facilities invites the UTSA community to take a customer satisfaction survey. The survey will run until December 16, 2016, and will measure how well Facilities performs in areas such as building maintenance, custodial services, events support and grounds maintenance.

Facilities will use the survey responses to evaluate its processes and services. Candid feedback on the survey is vital for the department to improve its support for the university. The survey should only take 4-5 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.
