New UTSA Web Site to be Unveiled Visitors to UTSA’s Web site will soon notice a new look to the home page and secondary pages. The Office of Internet Development has created a new design for the Web site and will implement it by the end of February. "The focus of our new Web site is to create a more intuitive user interface and to ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and mandates," said Craig Evans, director of Internet Development. "UTSA’s current Web site design has been in place since July 1998 and is long overdue for a more contemporary look." The new site has been in development since last year. During the design process, focus groups met to help critique and analyze the new design. "As with any Internet site, the initial launch will be a work in progress," said Evans. "In the future we plan on adding more features such as advanced help systems, interactive maps and panoramic photographs."
