Compliance Training Now Offered Online at the Training Post

A new online compliance training program, "The Training Post," has been developed by the Offices of Institutional Compliance and Training and Development. The Training Post is a computer-based training (CBT) program that provides UTSA employees with online access to general compliance training.

All UTSA employees are required to review and complete two compliance courses each quarter, in order to comply with the UT System Training Plan. Courses typically take 15 to 30 minutes to complete online.

To kick off the new Training Post program, employees who complete the training early will have a chance to enter a drawing and possibly win one of 37 prizes. Employees can enter the contest by submitting their certificates of completion for each course, stapled together, to the Office of Institutional Compliance.

To be eligible for the first drawing, certificates must be received by noon on Feb. 9. If you didn’t participate in the first drawing, you can submit completion certificates by Feb. 23 to participate in the second drawing. The drawings will be held Feb. 9 and Feb. 26. Prizes include UTSA basketball tickets, T-shirts and UTSA pins.

All employees must complete the first two compliance courses by March 31.

Instructions for using the Training Post were distributed to all UTSA employees through campus mail. Instruction sheets are also available online. The Training Post is located at https://compliance.utsa.edu. For more information, call 458-4992.
