UTSA's Basketball Teams Advance, Congratulations to both the men's and women's basketball teams on making the first-round games of the CenturyTel Southland Conference Classic, which will be played Tuesday evening in the UTSA Convocation Center. Because of their successes, President Ricardo Romo has designated Tuesday as "Spirit Day." Please wear your orange and blue in support of our Roadrunners. Romo is also encouraging a strong attendance at the games to "pack the Convo" and create a home court advantage for the Roadrunners. The UTSA women's basketball team, the No. 4 seed in the tournament, will host No. 5 Lamar at 6 p.m. The UTSA men's basketball team, the No. 2 seed in the tournament, will host No. 7 Southwest Texas at 8 p.m. following the women's game. Tickets for the first-round doubleheader cost $10 for lower-level reserved seats and $7 for upper-level general admission seats. To purchase your tickets, stop by the Roadrunner Ticket Office in the Physical Education Building or call 458-UTSA.
