UTSA Hosts Archaeology Camp 2001

The University of Texas at San Antonio will host a series of week-long archaeology camps at the Center for Archaeological Research on the 1604 Campus June 11-July 27. This year’s theme is "Archaeology and Early Humans."

During the summer camp, children will learn about archaeology and anthropology using indoor and outdoor activities. The camp will be held at the Center for Archaeological Research located on UTSA’s West Campus and will be staffed by
employees of the center who are trained as archaeologists.

Cost for each camp is $175.00 per camp which includes supplies and snacks, and space is limited. For more information, call camp coordinator Donna Edmondson at (210) 458-4462.
