UTSA Staff Council urges staff to return ballots by Nov. 9

(Nov. 1, 2001)--The UTSA Staff Council encourages the participation of all classified, administrative and professional staff in the current election of representatives to the 2001-2002 Staff Council. If you have not already done so, please return your ballot by Nov. 9. If you have not received your ballot, please contact Sandy Pottorff at 458-4121.

The Staff Council relies on your participation and welcomes your thoughts on how staff can work together to improve employee staff relations. The Staff Council is working hard to review benefits, staff awards and to work with all to improve the general welfare of the university community.

During the past year the council, working with university administrators, was able to implement an employee educational benefits program for employees wishing to continue their college education.

Employees are encouraged to communicate with the council through their representatives.

Add your voice with others who seek to develop our university employees in a meaningful and important way.
