Women's volleyball team competes in Wichita State tournament
(Sept. 7, 2001)--The UTSA volleyball team will be in action this weekend with a pair of matches at the Wichita State tournament. The Roadrunners will battle host Wichita State on Friday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m., and then return on Sept. 8 for a noon match with Toledo.UTSA has been led over the first four matches by senior Stacy Schmidt, who has 47 kills and 44 digs. UTSA is coming off a 30-10, 30-20, 30-27 loss at Texas A&M on Tuesday in College Station.
