UTSA Center For Professional Excellence Hosting Acclaimed Author Robert Cooper

The University of Texas at San Antonio Center for Professional Excellence is sponsoring a dynamic leadership program from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.14 featuring acclaimed author and emotional intelligence expert Robert Cooper. This Lessons in Leadership program will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, 123 Losoya Street.

Cooper will discuss "Excelling Under Pressure: New Ways to Build Leadership, Trust and Energy in a World of Stress and Change." His program is based on his new book "The Other 90 Percent: How to Unlock Your Vast Untapped Potential for Leadership and Life."

The day’s program will show how greater emotional intelligence in the workplace will enable one to excel under pressure, while others are just competing or falling behind. Cooper will provide practical strategies that produce immediate results. Registration is $299, which includes program materials and lunch. Discounts are available for groups.
