Durango Building Move-in Planned to Begin Aug. 6

The Durango Building move-in process at the Downtown Campus is expected to begin the week of Aug. 6, according to Business Operations Director Powell Trotti.

This process also includes those offices and individuals moving into vacated spaces in the Frio Street and Buena Vista Street buildings.

If you will be moving, make sure to complete and submit the following three request forms by July 31:

1. Work Order -- If you will be moving items from the 1604 Campus to the Downtown Campus, submit your Work Order to the Facilities Services Work Control. Form is available online in Outlook Public Folders. If you will be moving from an existing space at the Downtown Campus into vacated space there, submit your Work Order to Downtown Physical Plant.

2. Access Request -- Complete an Access Request (formerly called a Key Request) and submit it to University Police Access Control. Form is available online in Outlook Public Folders.

3. Telephone Services -- E-mail your request for relocation of telephone services to Glenda Norton, Telephone Services.
