Relaxation sessions to help smooth rough semester's end

(April 26, 2002)--All stressed up and nowhere to go? Take a deep breath and relax from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 at the University Center Willow Room (2.02.12) on the UTSA 1604 Campus when the Worksite Health Promotion class, in partnership with the Kinesiology and Health Society, offers a series of free relaxation sessions for the university community.

There will also be information tables with literature on stress management and other giveaways.

Stop by for a 20-minute session and see how far a little relaxation will go.
