Roadrunners upset Texas A&M 80-75 at College Station

(Dec. 16, 2002)--The UTSA Roadrunner men's basketball team shocked the Texas A&M Aggies with an 80-75 victory Sunday night in College Station.

Senior guard Ike Akotaobi poured in 29 points and junior forward Leroy Hurd scored 20 points on the road before a capacity crowd which included Governor Rick Perry.

The next game is at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at North Carolina-Wilmington.
