UTSA Tri-Campuses closed July 2-3 due to weather
(July 3, 2002)--Following briefings with university police and local disaster officials, UTSA President Ricardo Romo has suspended classes today and closed all university offices for Wednesday, July 3. University offices will reopen Friday, July 5.
Only essential, emergency-related personnel are asked to remain at the university's campuses.
Final exams for the first summer session have been rescheduled for Monday, July 8. The second summer session has been postponed until Tuesday, July 9. All ten-week classes will resume Monday, July 8.
Professors who encounter scheduling difficulties with the adjusted schedule are asked to work with department chairs to make special arrangements.
Even though the beginning of the second summer session is delayed, second
summer session finals will be conducted on the previously scheduled dates.
