UTSA-TV provides students with view of UN talks
(Feb. 5, 2003)--Students at The University of Texas at San Antonio gathered Wednesday in the Humanities and Social Science Building to watch UN proceedings on UTSA-TV.
UTSA-TV, part of the Office of Internet Development, provided a feed to monitors across the Tri-Campus community of C-SPAN coverage of United Nations presentations by Secretary of State Colin Powell and other UN representatives.
The memorial service for the Columbia astronauts was broadcast Tuesday on the system, courtesy of NASA-TV.
UTSA-TV is a new campus information source with a variety of programming in development.
