UTSA growth brings off-campus relocation for eight offices
(June 16, 2003)--Eight UTSA offices are relocating to a leased, off-campus office building on University Heights Boulevard near Hausman Road and Interstate 10.
The moves are to make room on the 1604 Campus for advising and other student services as the university continues to experience enrollment growth.
Offices in the University Heights Tech Center will house the Gear-Up program, information technology training and programming, accounting, grants and contracts administration, student information services, payroll and human resources.
The relocations began in late May and should be complete by the end of July. Human Resources has moved some staff members with a plan to have all personnel in the new location by July 23.
Because many of the office moves will occur over several days or a week, call to verify the location before going to one of the departments involved in a move.
