Visitor centers offer publicity outlet for Tri-Campus community
(June 3, 2003)--UTSA community members interested in publicizing events, programs or general information are encouraged to provide information to the UTSA Visitor Centers at the 1604 and Downtown campuses. The centers will post information or have available literature to help publicize UTSA Tri-Campus events and programs.
"As many as 400 individuals come by or contact the Visitor Centers weekly," said Chris Chipps, visitor centers director. "This includes prospective students, parents, teachers and counselors, so it is a great opportunity to offer information about seminars, lectures, camps and programs at UTSA.
Send event information via campus mail to the Visitor Center at the 1604 Campus or contact Chris Chipps or Betty Settlemeyer at (210) 458-5145.
The 1604 Campus center is in Business Building Room 1.01.04; the Downtown Campus center is in Frio Street Building Room 1.528.
