Upward BoundMath and Science Program
Current Students
Welcome Upward Bound Math and Science students! This is a place for students to stay informed on current events happening with the UBMS program. Check back frequently for changes and updates!
Student Announcements!
Tutoring:
UBMS students will be required to attend one (1) hour of tutoring for each high school core subject (math, English, or science) for a total of up to three (3) hours per week in which they receive an 80 or below as indicated by a review of their latest six/nine week grade reports. Tutoring is also available to any student that requests it.
Tutoring is held between the hours of 4:00-7:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at each high school.

*Please remember that tutoring is mandatory for those students with an 80 or below in core classes. If a student fails to attend tutoring they will not be eligible to receive their full stipend.
Workshops:
UBMS students are required to attend one workshop a month. Seniors must attend two. Remember, you must attend all events in order to receive your stipend. Please refer to the workshop calendar for workshop days.
