Hiya! I'm Cat and I'm an English major working on my teaching certification. I hold a broad definition of literature and I enjoy reading almost anything. Every day my five cats teach me how to love and be loved in return. Video games occupy most of my free time, from console to computer. Although I sometimes seem quiet, I am very passionate about social concerns such as poverty, women's rights, gay rights, and sex education. To me, writing is an effective way to initiate change and push for knowledge and equality. I've been working at The Writing Center since September of 2007, and I love interacting with students, so come by and see me!
