I am a non-traditional student who has returned after many years to complete my education. My undergraduate studies were completed here at UTSA in the field of Humanities. My background is mainly in Classics and Philosophy. It wasn't until I returned to begin my graduate work that I changed my focus to English studies. I enjoy Literature and Grammar studies, but am not so keen on theory. Working for TWC has been one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of my life. After working in the corporate world for many years, I have come to realize that academia is where my heart is. I hope that if you are reading this you will choose to come in and see me or one of my fantastic colleagues. We thrive when we have some of the work we so love to do--helping others.
