Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development
The Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Development offers students the opportunity to minor in either Building Development or Finance. The Building Development minor is offered by the College of Business with support from the architecture program. Architecture courses are described under the College of Architecture. The minimum number of semester hours for the B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development is 120. The minimum number of semester hours for the B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development with a Minor in Finance is 120, with 124 semester hours required for the Minor in Building Development. Thirty-nine of the total semester credit hours required for the degree must be at the upper-division level.
All candidates seeking this degree must fulfill the Core Curriculum requirements, the Common Body of Knowledge requirements, and the degree requirements, which are listed below.
Core Curriculum requirements: Students seeking the Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Development must fulfill University Core Curriculum requirements in the same manner as other students. The courses listed in the table below satisfy both degree requirements and Core Curriculum requirements; however, if these courses are taken to satisfy both requirements, then students will need to take additional courses in order to meet the minimum number of credit hours required for this degree. Degree Requirements
- 15 upper-division semester credit hours in the major:

B.B.A. Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development with a Minor in Building Development
The minor in Building Development is available only to students pursuing a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development degree. All students pursing the Minor in Building Development must complete the following 18 semester credit hours in addition to the Core, the CBK, and B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development major requirements:

B.B.A. Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development with a Minor in Finance
The Minor in Finance is available only to students pursuing a B.B.A. degree as outlined on page 64. Students seeking a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development who wish to minor in Finance must take the following courses in addition to the Core, the CBK, and B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development major requirements:
- 6 semester credit hours of required Finance classes:
FIN 3033 Principles of Investment FIN 3313 Money and Banking - 8 semester credit hours of upper-division required business electives, including FIN 4853 and FIN 4873. FIN 3003 Survey of Finance may not be applied to meeting this requirement.
