UC Phase III Availability
Effective immediately, University departments and programs can request space in UC Phase III.
UC Phase III meeting rooms will be available for meetings starting the first day of the Fall Semester (August 27, 2008). Current UC policies and procedures will apply in the new facility.

Events Management & Conference Services
The Events Management and Conference Services Office provides scheduling, event coordination, and event support for the 1604 campus. From table reservations, meetings, conferences and weddings, our staff will take you on a tour of our facilities and review our policies and procedures. You have questions, we have answers. We are here to help make your event a success!
Important Information
If you have a problem with your room reservation on the day of your event, please call the Information Center at 210.458.4745. If you have questions about planning your event, please feel free to call our office at 210.458.4155.
We are now accepting reservations through August 15, 2008. We will begin accepting requests for Fall 2008 on April 1, 2008.
Please note, these dates are for reserving space in the University Center I, III, and III. Space requested in UC III are contingent on the building opening date (First day of classes, Fall 2008). Classroom spaces are not available for reservation until after the registrar census date (September 15, 2008 for the Fall 2008 semester).
