All programs, events, and activities "held in university facilities" are subject to the University of Texas Board of Regents' Rules and Regulations, UTSA Handbook of Operating Procedures, and federal, state, and local laws governing The University of Texas at San Antonio. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation at the sole discretion of the University of Texas at San Antonio. Basic policies, in addition to those listed, are on file in the University Center Events Management Office and through the links provided below.

Response Times: During peak times, please allow 3-5 business days. (Peak times are the first two months of each semester.) Regular response time is 1-2 business days.
Events requiring large spaces or have a large number or participants may take longer to process and will require a planning meeting in our office.
An electronic confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Tables must be picked up at the Events Management & Conference Services Office.
UTSA Card is required for pick up.
UC Tables cannot be used inside other buildings.
Chairs are only provided to tables used inside the UC or on the UC/HSS Bridge.
Tables taken outside the UC must be returned by 4:45pm.
Tables used inside the UC must be returned by 4:45pm.
If there are questions or conflicts, you will be contacted directly be a UC Events Manager
