How to Join UTeach

 If you wish to be registered, send an email to Dr. Joe Lazor, Director of UTeach Program Joseph.Lazor@UTSA.edu.  In the email provide the following information:

  • Your full legal name
  • Student BANNER ID#
  • Your major
  • Current classification, e.g., freshman, sophomore, etc.
  • Date of birth
  • Ethnicity
  • Permanent mailing address
  • Phone numbers
You will be registered in UTE 1011 (UTeach Mathematics/Science I), a one-hour, field-based course, and you will receive an email confirmation once the registration is complete.   During the Fall Semester 2008-09, the class will meet at the 1604 campus, Wednesday afternoons. You can take either of two sections.  Section 1 is from noon-12:50, and Section 2, from 1:00 - 1:50.  If you have questions or would like additional information, please contact Dr. Joe Lazor at 210-458-6280.
