A replacement card is available for $10. The Card Office accepts checks only. All other payment types must paid at a Fiscal Services Office or through your ASAP account. Report lost cards immediately to avoid problems.

Meal Plan is On-Line !!!

In an effort to be eco-friendly, UTSA Business Auxiliary Services has moved the Meal Plan Application and Contract on-line through ASAP.  You can view the available plans and more information for Fall 2008-Spring 2009 at www.utsa.edu/utsacard and then log into ASAP to sign up.  Paper contracts will no longer be accepted.  The charges will be automatically added to your Fiscal Services account where you can make payment either online or at Fiscal Services.  Changes made after the initial selection will need to be done in person at the UTSACard Office by submitting a Meal Plan Change form available in the office.

Special Program identification Card
