Silent Witness: Make an Anonymous Report

Have you witnessed a crime, want to report it, but wish to remain anonymous? Have you seen suspicious activity, but you're not sure who to contact at the police department? You may use this Silent Witness form to provide the UTSA Police Department with valuable information anonymously. Thank you for taking time to help make your campus community safer.

NOTE: This for is NOT intended to report crimes in progress. Please call the UTSA Police Department at 210.458.4242, 210.458.4911 or 911 from a campus telephone.

Report A Concern

Any person reporting an emergency on campus should call 911 from a UTSA phone or 458-4911 from a cell phone or other non-UTSA phone immediately.

Otherwise, if you are concerned about the behavior of a UTSA community member, please use the online form below to report that information. Please include all the relevant information you can in the online form, including your contact information so we can follow up if we need more information. The team will also respond to all anonymous reports.

Best efforts will be made to keep your report confidential in accordance with applicable law.
