Group Visits to UTSA   Back to the Welcome Center Home Page

Large Group Tours (10 or more students) are reserved for high schools, special groups, and outreach programs. All elementary and middle school requests need to be directed to the P-20 Initiative Program at 210-458-2769 or www.utsa.edu/p20.  The University of Texas at San Antonio welcomes many groups on campus every year. A group visit is typically a 2-3 hour experience, depending on accommodations. Please note that guided group tours are only offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you are interested in bringing your prospective group to UTSA please submit the below form. Please note that your group is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email from one of the Welcome Centers.

Instructions

  • View our Rowdy Tour Packages
  • Complete the Group Tour Request Form.
  • Expect a response to your request within 5 business days.
  • Please have your students fill out our Rowdy Registration Card prior to arriving on campus.

Policies

  • Schedule your visit at least three weeks in advance.
  • Guided group tours are ONLY accommodated on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00 am or 3:00 pm.
  • Self-Guided Experiences are accommodated Monday through Friday (9:00 am or 1:00 pm).
  • Groups of 65+ students will only be offered one of our Self-Guided Experiences.
