Employee Recognition Program
Celebrating Excellence is Business Affairs employee recognition program to acknowledge those individuals that exemplify the Business Affairs brand, brand promise and Guiding Principles.
The Celebrating Excellence program is Business Affairs' way of recognizing individuals or teams doing the right things to help us grow and achieve our goals.
Nominations should describe how the individual or team has exemplified Business Affairs guiding principles and demonstrated:
Anyone working within or outside of Business Affairs can submit a Business Affairs employee or team for recognition. Even people who do not work for UTSA can nominate a Business Affairs’ employee or team for this award. Areas reporting to the Vice President for Business Affairs also make nominations.
The Celebrating Excellence program committee will evaluate each nomination and recommend an employee or team to receive the award.
Please include the name of the employee(s), job title(s) and the department(s) where they work, as well as your name, title and how you may be contacted.
