Six Months Post Launch Update

Here are some of our milestones six months after launch:

July 8 Pushed Phase 1 into production. UTSM CRM is officially launched!
July 11 New RFI forms now track undergraduate and graduate inquiries directly into CRM.
September 18 Launched a fully automated undergraduate inquiry journey through Marketing Cloud based on students who are in the inquiry stage on an undergraduate opportunity.
September 23 Kicked off Phase 1.5 that focuses on expanding the Territory Management object and process.
October 16 Training and onboarding kicks off for various enrollment offices including undergraduate admissions, registrar, financial aid and one stop enrollment center.
October 21 Pushed Phase 1.5 into production. Recruitment can now assign opportunities based on programs, ceeb codes, EPS codes, state codes, zip codes, and any other attributes that can be derived from a field within the opportunity.
October 25 Reached 160 active, 70% utilization. We have onboarded the following
  • Undergraduate Recruiters
  • Undergraduate Admissions
  • International Admissions
  • Registrar
  • One Stop Enrollment Center
  • Financial Aid
  • College of Engineering (staff related to ugrad recruitment)
  • University College (staff related to reinstatement petition)
  • Academic Advising (staff related to reinstatement petition)
  • Honors College (staff related to ugrad recruitment)
  • Graduate School - Graduate Strategic Enrollment Staff
  • Graduate School - Graduate Recruiters
December 2 Posted four new positions for the UTSA CRM team
December 20 Kicked-off initial working sessions with Online Programs to establish requirements for a Phase 2 implementation.
January 23 Onboarded our first faculty into the CRM - Graduate Advisors of Record (GARs) within the College of Engineering.
