UTSA CRM welcomes Doug Baker

Please welcome Doug Baker, the new Assistant Director for UTSA CRM systems. In this inaugural role, Doug is tasked to oversee, manage and broaden the use of our CRM platform, which will enable UTSA to reach the bold vision set forth by leadership.

Doug has over a decade of technology experience within the higher education space. Doug’s knowledge of business processes matched with technical implementation and improvement has landed him in trusted advisor leadership positions and allowed him to create wins for his previous institutions.

Doug has worn numerous technology hats and provided leadership both within his institutions and externally as a member of the TCC Leadership Council. He has a passion for helping reduce the manual day to day redundancy so more time can be spent focused on the students. His vision is to grow the tool and the team into a model for providing recruitment and connectivity to our excellent student body for UTSA and higher education. 

Doug joins UTSA from Taylor Junior College and holds a Master’s in Leadership from Northeastern University.
