FTT Transition Form

Dear Colleagues,

We are excited about the changes to HOP 2.02 and 2.50 which describe faculty appointments, titles and recruitment, evaluation, and promotion for Fall 2021. The Nov. 9 email from Academic Affairs informed you that an electronic form would be sent to all FTT faculty inquiring whether you wish to transition to the updated titles or go up for promotion into another title.

If an FTT faculty member applies for promotion to a higher title in Spring 2021 according to the new FTT faculty promotion guidelines and does not get the promotion, they will be automatically transitioned to the new title reflected in the transition plan effective Fall 2021. They will be eligible for promotion in the future.

Please complete the FTT Transition Form by December 11, 2020.

Once you click the final right arrow button, it will submit your form. If you do not submit the form by Dec. 11, you will be automatically transitioned into your updated title and promotion this academic year will not be available.

We will provide additional information about next steps in early January 2021.

If you have questions, please reply to this email.

Sincerely,

Heather Shipley
