UTSA Employee Educational Benefit

Each fiscal year, employees may be awarded up to 12 semester credit hours of designated tuition and mandatory fee waivers, but are responsible for payment of statutory tuition and any college or courses fees associated with enrolled course work. Employees who enroll in fewer than 12 hours during the Fall semester may use any remaining benefit in the Spring or Summer semesters, not to exceed a total of 12 hours during one fiscal year. Unused hours may not be accumulated or carried over to the next fiscal year.
