^ Teaching Assistant I and II and annual salaries are based on a 12 month employee record.

*** This title is reserved for students who fall into one of the categories below: 

  • Work study whose funds have expired and the need to work continues.
  • Work study/student during the spring who is registered for school in the fall and who desires to work in the summer.
  • Students who do not qualify for work study program.

Students employed in student titles may work 19 hours per week while enrolled in classes. However, during Christmas Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break students may work a maximum of 40 hours even if not enrolled in classes.
