Hispanic Heritage Month
National Hispanic Heritage Month is observed from September 15 through October 15 by celebrating the histories, cultures, and contributions of the diverse Hispanic and Latinx communities.
Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, we will showcase community leaders, faculty, staff and students around significant themes in Latino culture. The theme this year is Voces de Resistencia / Visions of Resilience to promote stories of strength and perseverance. This month’s events will inspire you to face adversity with strength and build resiliency as many Latino immigrants did when leaving their home countries to pursue the American Dream.
