Digital Signage

Digital signage is a cost-effective, eco-friendly and efficient way to widely distribute your information and strategic messaging to the university community, particularly students.

The university maintains approximately two dozen flat panel digital signage screens located across UTSA’s campuses. Content featured on the screens ranges from upcoming events and announcements to deadlines and other information relevant to the UTSA community.

Academic Strategic Communications oversees and manages the content shared on the screens. Any UTSA content creator may submit a request to have an image or video added to the campus-wide playlist rotation. Visit their Digital Signage page for complete information on monitor locations and guidelines for preparing signage content files.

Learning Technologies oversees the installation, upkeep and maintenance of existing screens and associated equipment. They can consult with you if your office is interested in purchasing area-specific monitors and software licenses.
