Issue Resolved: Network Issue Affecting Internal and External UTSA Applications

Message

The network access issue preventing users from accessing both internal and external UTSA application resources is now resolved. OIT technicians, working with our network hardware manufacturer, were able to isolate the root cause of the issue to a core network hardware component within our UTSA Data Center. Once identified as the root cause, the hardware was replaced and access to the UTSA network and applications is confirmed available. OIT teams are reviewing all events tied to this outage in an effort to avoid a recurrence. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and appreciate your patience.
