The Office of Information Technology received an update from AT&T regarding the intermittent issue affecting telephone service from UTSA phones. This issue is now resolved and both inbound and outbound telephone service has been restored. Our vendor, AT&T, confirmed there was a fiber cut on their fiber optic network impacting UTSA and multiple other customers. AT&T successfully repaired the service early this morning. OIT teams are continuing to monitor this situation to ensure services remain accessible for all users. Thank you for your patience.
