Message

The network access issue preventing users from logging into UTSA network resources is now resolved. OIT technicians were able to isolate the root cause of the issue to a network hardware component and it has been taken offline. Access to the UTSA network and applications is confirmed available.  

Due to the nature of the network access issue, we request that all affectedRESTART their computers to ensure a proper connection to the UTSA network.
