Project Coordinator Rosalind Ong De Treviño from the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Customer Relations and Communications (CRC) team, wrote a blog post titled " Personalized Learning: Using Technology to Improve the Student Experience " that was published by the Next Generation Learning Challenges.

The article focused on how personalized learning can help institutions and students achieve their educational goals. Assistant Vice Provost for IT Dr. Vanessa Hammler Kenon and Director of Video Technology Ernest Hernandez III from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Office of Information Technology (OIT) shared their insight about personalized learning with the New Media Consortium (NMC) during a webinar.
