In this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise.

  • Day One:
    Introduction to Scrum in the SAFe Enterprise

    Examine development concepts, characterize an effective Scrum Master and begin Program Iteration Planning.

  • Day Two:
    Facilitating Iteration Execution and Coaching the Agile Team

    From experiencing to tracking, delve into the Iteration Execution process. Learn to act as a servant leader as you lead team events.
