Our Approach

We understand standardized testing can be intimidating if you don't know what you're up against. That's why our instructors take a practical approach to standardized testing.

Live-Online Instruction

Through high-impact instructional techniques, learn how to beat the test by focusing on strategy and not wasting your time with useless exercises.

Expert Instructors

All instructors are thoroughly trained not only in general test-taking and instruction, but also are high-scoring experts in the particular tests they teach.

One-on-One Feedback

We demystify the test through a combination of technique training, error analysis, and feedback, delivered by an approachable and available instructor.

Content Areas

UTSA PaCE offers intensive live-online SAT focused workshops designed to familiarize students with the exam and to provide them with the tools needed to succeed on the test. SAT Workshops will prepare students in the areas of:

01Math

The SAT will focus on advanced algebra, data analysis, and real-world problem solving and calculators will only be permitted for one of two math sections.

02Reading

The SAT Reading section includes reading comprehension questions and will also test understanding of passages from U.S. and World Literature, History and Science.

03Language/Grammar

The SAT will test grammar in the form of passages and will also include questions about structure and reading comprehension.

04Essay

The SAT essay is optional, and asks students to read a 650-750 word passage and then prepare a facts-based essay analyzing how the author builds her/his argument.
