Effective May 18, 2022, UTSA has implemented a system called BSC Customer Service Management (CSM) Service Now university wide. This system will allow for creating tickets and keeping track of the process along with keeping all documents in one place.

All financial and HR requests should be submitted via Service Now to have a ticket created. Please see the link below and use your UTSA credentials to login.

The exception to this is regarding SHOPPING CARTS assigned to BSC Specialists. When we receive those carts, we will create the ticket on your behalf and you will receive notification from the IT Service Desk that the ticket has been opened.
