Research Interests
Dr. Ergür is interested in average case complexity theory for numerical, algebraic, and geometric computation. He is fascinated by the interplay between geometric structures, high dimensional probability, and randomized computing. His teaching interests are in courses that empower students with modern mathematical-computational skills such as probability and computing, optimization, high dimensional probability with applications, or geometric inference.
